As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, follow‑up, and improvement of the plant Quality Management Systems, working together with the different areas to ensure compliance with internal, corporate, and customer requirements. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located at our San Nicolás, NL plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, chemical, materials, mechanical, mechatronics, electronics engineer or related field.




- 3+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, process customer quality or similar roles within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality systems audits.
- Support preparation, evidence collection, execution, and follow‑up of external and customer audits.
- Follow up on corrective actions, preventive actions, and plans to audits, internal findings, customer complaints, or specific customer requirements.
- Support the maintenance and control of Quality Management Systems documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer qualification packages, including evidence collection, documentation, and communication with the involved areas.
- Support root cause analysis activities, 5 Why, 8D, A3, and effectiveness verification of corrective actions.
