The RoleThis is a new-business development and consultative sales position.
We are looking for someone who is curious about how manufacturers and distributors operate,



comfortable engaging senior executives, and capable of connecting business challenges with technology-driven solutions.
You will work with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Operations and Supply Chain leaders, Commercial Directors, and IT executives to identify opportunities where enterprise applications, automation, data, and Agentic AI can create measurable business value.

What You'll Do
- Develop new accounts within the Mexican mid-market manufacturing and distribution sector
- Prospect and engage senior executives through LinkedIn, email, phone, events, webinars, referrals, and other channels
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery to understand customers' operational and commercial challenges
- Develop relationships with C-level, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT leaders
- Work with TCP's consulting and technical teams to develop solutions and business
