PMO/ Purchasing Strategic Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY

Supports the North America Indirect Procurement Leadership Team by coordinating strategic follow-up, executive activities, reporting, and business information.

The role serves as a key link between leadership, Purchasing management, Finance, and other stakeholders, consolidating and analyzing information to provide visibility on savings strategies, business priorities, action plans, and key initiatives.

This role combines executive coordination with strategic and analytical support, consolidating business information, monitoring key initiatives, and translating data into clear reports and actionable insights for leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
- Coordinate and follow up with Purchasing management on savings strategies, action plans, and key business priorities.
- Consolidate, analyze, and prepare reports on savings, project/initiative progress, and key performance indicators for leadership.




- Facilitate follow-up meetings with management to review strategic initiatives, commitments, and progress.
- Serve as a coordination link between Purchasing, Finance, and other stakeholders for the timely exchange of business, fiscal, tax, and administrative information.
- Coordinate executive agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, and related follow-up activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
- Organize and maintain business information, databases, trackers, and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely communication and visibility of key priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Engineering, or Project Management related field.

Certification Requirements:

NA

Previous Experience:

2–3 years of experience in PMO, Business Planning, Executive Coordination, or a related function.
