- Manage, validate, and update the inventory control system (Annex 24).
- Perform physical inventory reconciliations vs Annex 24 system.
- Perform dataStage reconciliations vs Annex 24 system.
- Perform/execute unloading processes using the FIFO method.
- Generate VAT and IEPS credit discharge reports for the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service): Submit reports bimonthly (Annex 30).
- Ensure the correct integration/maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material structures.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to Annex 24/30 and Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) programs.
- Correct customs declarations and identify inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with IMMEX regulations and SAT requirements.




- Generate internal inventory control reports and audits.
- Coordinator of corrections and adjustments resulting from audits.
- Implementation of improvements and automation of administrative processes.
- Generation of reports on materials, fixed assets, and internal audits to ensure compliance with customs authorities.

Performers a variety of import/export duties that include processing papers necessary to facilitate shipments between international locations. Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies. Prepares reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export
