About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EDO Platform Engineering Lead to drive the design, automation, governance, and reliability of our enterprise data platform. This role will lead cloud-native platform engineering initiatives and support critical data, analytics, and investment management workloads across the organization.

The idóneo candidate brings deep expertise in Databricks, AWS, dbt, Terraform, Python, and DevOps, along with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms.

Required Skills
- Databricks (Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT, MLflow, Workflows)
- dbt, Python, SQL
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Observability
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Security, and Platform Operations

What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture,



implementation, and management of enterprise-scale data platforms.
- Design and optimize Databricks Lakehouse solutions using Delta Lake and modern data engineering best practices.
- Drive cloud platform engineering and automation across AWS environments.
- Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks.
- Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps practices.
- Ensure platform scalability, availability, security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Implement monitoring, observability, incident management, and SRE best practices.
- Define platform SLAs, SLOs, operational metrics, and reliability standards.
- Support API integrations and enable self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
- Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable data solutions.
