However, all applications will be considered.We are searching for the best talent for : Materials Clerk IIPurposeResponsible to prepare production kits based on the production plan provided by the Production planning and scheduling team.Accountable to maintain the inventory locations as per the plan and to perform cycle count on a regular basis.You Will Be Responsible ForResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Prepares kits for issue to the floor following production planning prioritization.Manages inventory storage and placement (vault attendant)Notifies Production Planner of material shortagesRelease batches to manufacturing through MRP System.Cycle count when neededFollow current compliance regulations and standardsPerform other jobs as requiredEnsure compliance to the quality policy in all activitiesSupport and promote the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plantSupport continuous improvement programs such Lean Manufacturing, kaizens, 6S, etc.Maintain accurate WIP reports vs. Production plan.Qualifications / RequirementsFrom 0-2 years of experience in related fieldsStrong computer skillsGood communication skills, to interface with manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality control, purchasing, customs and all other departments as needed.Working knowledge of PC applications and software (MS Windows, Excel, etc.)Good basic math skillsKnowledge of ERP Systems concept ( MRP)Previous clerical experience desiredPrevious manufacturing experience desiredBasic English writing and reading skills preferred.Preferred SkillsAccountability, Analytical Reasoning, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, Demand Forecasting, Detail-Oriented, Distribution Management, Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), Document Management, Order Management, Pre-Fulfillment Processes, Process Oriented, Project Support, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Technical Credibility, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management
