Job Title: Senior AMS Support Consultant – Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite IndustrialLocation: RemoteExperience: 6–10 YearsAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Application Support Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team, supporting Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) for a manufacturing/distribution client environment.
This role owns L2/L3 support — incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and hands-on user support across core manufacturing ERP processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs using the Infor Mongoose frameworkBuild and maintain business logic, Event Handlers, and user-defined methodsDevelop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggersBuild operational reports using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQLDesign integrations between SyteLine and external systems (CRM, MES, WMS) via REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareMaintain data mapping, data loading, and migration routinesProvide L2/L3 production support and troubleshootingConduct UAT/regression testing; support patching and version upgrades (v8 → v9 → v10)Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
