OverviewEnd User Computing & Collaboration EngineerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing (EUC) roles, with at least 4 years of experience in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.In-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, including Windows *****, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.Experience with Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.Proficient in VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
Experience with telephony systems and unified communications platforms (Cisco), including VoIP, PBX,



and MS Teams Phone System.Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Cisco Room Systems).
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
