As a Fortune 500 company, we are one of the largest HR services providers in the world.We are currently looking for a Sr Finance Analyst who would join our implementation team to support the finance workstream.Key Responsibilities include:Serve as a financial subject matter expertConsulting with stakeholders to align client expectations with operational capabilities and best practicesLeading finance discovery workshops with client and internal stakeholdersGathering invoice creation and submission requirements from ClientsReading and interpreting contractual documentsAdvising clients and internal stakeholders on finance best practicesCreating process flows to support requirements,



VMS/ATS technology and RSR back office processesImplementing client and supplier billing and payment solutions in line with the solution design, RSR capabilities and local legislationCompiling the financial requirements documents per program for Client, Ops and Back officesAttending weekly internal and external client calls to update and facilitate and resolve any issues in implementationAligning all other work streams on all F&I; related issuesGather reporting requirements to support implementationCreation and maintenance process documentation.Supporting others by performing prescribed project management activities following existing procedures.Designing VMS/ATS finance reports for client and internal systems to facilitate accurate invoicingAbout You:Familiar with MSP, RPO services with an emphasis on finance and invoicing processes5+ years F&I; experience is preferredConfident in engaging with senior client and internal stakeholdersComfortable leading a project workstreamDiligent and attention to detailCan Easily manage multiple projects at a timeWillingness to work in a team and also to take responsibility for tasks and projects independentlyExperience working in a project based, fast growing and changing environment.Excellent Microsoft Office/google for business applications skills.Experience in stakeholder management up to upper managementAnalytical, quick learner with drive to continuously improveAbility to perform under pressureSystems, CRM databases and analytic tools, would be advantageousLocation & Travel:Role is fully remoteInternational travel may be required
