About the Role:Role: Master Data Specialist Location: Mexico (Remote)Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:Support Transfer of Work (ToW) projects between manufacturing facilitiesCreate, maintain, review,



and validate master data within ERP systemsManage SKU, Item, Product, Customer, and Packaging dataPerform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checksSupport ERP readiness, system setup, migration, and transition activitiesCoordinate pre-transfer and pre-production activitiesManage assigned activities as individual projects, tracking timelines and deliverablesCoordinate with sending and receiving manufacturing plantsCollaborate with Customer Service, Pre-Press, Estimating, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teamsIdentify and resolve data and system-related issuesUse Excel for data analysis, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data validationEnsure systems and master data are production-ready before transfersTravel frequently to U.S. manufacturing locations and provide on-site supportIdeal Background:Master Data / Data Management experienceERP experience with JDE, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Radius, FlexLink, Label Traxx, or similar platformsBackground in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or OperationsExperience with SKU, Item, Product, Customer, or Packaging Master DataStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validationProject coordination and stakeholder management experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel 50%+ within the U.S.
