Position Overview
The Solar O&M; Technician is the on-site project representative responsible for performing the activities described in the checklists to verify the condition of the plant's equipment, completing the necessary forms for record-keeping, and reporting to the maintenance supervisor.
This position requires highly adaptable individuals with availability to work rotating shifts, a positive attitude towards teamwork, a high degree of responsibility, and discipline to follow work instructions.
In addition, the technician must have technical knowledge of electricity, electronics, air conditioning, and photovoltaic systems,
