As aSenior Quality Engineer at Capgemini , you will lead quality assurance efforts for complex, large-scale projects, driving test automation strategies and ensuring high-quality delivery across APIs and integrated systems.
You will act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients, providing visibility into quality metrics, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring alignment across workstreams.hybrid role based in Aguascalientes , combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.This role requires deep expertise in test automation frameworks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments.Responsibilities & ScopeParticipate actively ininternal QA/Dev and client-facing stand-up calls , ensuring clear communication and responsiveness.ProvideEpic-level estimationsfollowing PI Planning.Ensure proper creation ofuser stories, test cases, and 100% test coverageacross deliverables.Prepare and maintaintest plansin coordination with QA leads.TrackQA execution and deliverables at the Epic level , ensuring timely completion.Monitor and managedefects across workstreamsthrough resolution.Track and reporttest automation coverage ,
