Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the LATAM +Mexico sales strategy for the personal care ingredients portfolioRecruit, coach, and manage ateam of Business Development Executives; set targets and review pipelineperformanceOwn and grow relationships withkey strategic accounts across LATAM, including MexicoForecast regional sales andreport on performance against targets to senior leadershipNegotiate high-value supplyagreements and pricing structuresRepresent the company at seniorlevel at regional industry trade shows and conferencesLiaise with manufacturing, R&D;, and regulatory teams (including HQ) to align supply with market demandRequirementsMinimum 6 years of B2 B salesexperience,
