Acxiom is looking for aDelivery Analystto join our team in Mexico.
This role is a great fit for someone with at least2 years of experiencewho has worked withemail or marketing campaign execution, SQL/data, and client-facing deliveryand wants to continue building their career in a global data and technology environment.
This isnot a traditional digital marketing role.
You'll work behind the campaigns—helping manage the data, technology, processes, and troubleshooting that allow client campaigns to execute successfully.
What You'll Do
Support and executeemail and marketing campaignsfrom setup through delivery and validation.
Work withSQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle, to query, validate, and troubleshoot campaign and customer data.
Manage campaign inputs, data feeds, file transfers, segmentation, and other technical delivery requirements.
Work directly withclients and internal teams, understanding requests and translating them into accurate deliverables.
Investigate campaign, data, and production issues, identify root causes, and drive problems through resolution.
Perform quality checks to ensure campaigns and data are accurate before delivery.
Manage client requests, incidents, and priorities within established timelines and SLAs.




Take ownership of your work and know when to investigate independently and when to bring in the right technical resources.
Collaborate with teams across technology, data, operations, and client delivery.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience supporting or executingemail, CRM, or marketing campaigns.
Working knowledge ofSQLand experience working with data and relational databases;Oracle/PL-SQL is a plus.
Experience in atechnical operations, campaign operations, marketing operations, application support, implementation, or client delivery environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working directly withclients, customers, or business stakeholders.
Ability to manage priorities and take ownership without needing constant direction.
Strong English communication skills for working with general teams and clients.
Great to Have
Experience withmarketing automation or CRM platforms, ETL/data feeds, Saa S or cloud environments, file transfer processes, ticketing/incident management, or campaign QAwill help you stand out.
Experience supportingfinancial services clients or campaignsis also a plus.
