We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor - Welding Expert to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for executing Total Maintenance System (TMS) activities, driving Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance initiatives, ensuring daily operational performance, leading root cause analysis activities, managing unionized resources, and supporting continuous improvement through Shop Floor Management practices.The adecuado candidate will possess strong technical expertise in welding processes, industrial automation, robotics, PLCs, and manufacturing systems, combined with proven leadership and people management capabilities.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
