**Position: Inbound Agent****Summary**:Looking for a communicator to answer incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, goals and values.

- Research required information using available resources- Manage and resolve patient's complaints.
- Provide patients with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary- Be punctual and follow company's protocols.
