Amazon Mexico is seeking a Selection Productivity Program Manager to lead our efforts in minimizing selection churn and optimizing selection processes across multiple channels.As Selection Productivity PM, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving selection defects while building scalable solutions across the selection funnel.This role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management to drive meaningful improvements in selection productivity across Amazon Mexico's ecosystem.Demonstrate strong bias for action and ability to deliver resultsExcel at deep diving into data and problem-solvingHave experience in e-commerce operations or selection managementShow proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationshipsBe able to develop and implement scalable solutionsHave strong project management and analytical skillsKey job responsibilitiesLead selection defect identification mechanismsDevelop and implement scalable programs to address root causes of selection defectsAnalyze and address regrettable lost Head Selection across merchantsDevelop Processes for stakeholders to fix buyability defectsPartner with Operative teams on stranded inventory initiativesCollaborate with MX Supply team on forecasting logic for cold start selectionWork with MX Marketing to improve discoverability of low traffic head selectionAddress conversion defects in head selectionBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of product management experience- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or servicesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
