**Summary****Job responsibilities will include**:- Perform hands-on and data-driven root cause analysis of mechanical and soft goods utilizing common problem-solving methodologies- Design and build test systems to root cause factory issues and customer complaints- Design and implement mechanical product changes to solve issues, verify, and fix effectiveness with a data-driven approach- Work with the Manufacturing teams to create processes, tests, and procedures to improve machine reliability and manufacturing efficiency- Work with the Marketing teams to enhance Product Designs of legacy products to improve customer experience.
- Able to design for reliability including modeling, theory,



and accelerated testing**Minimum Qualifications**:- 3-5 Yrs of Experience in a similar role- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- In-depth knowledge in 3D modeling - SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred**Preferred Qualifications**:- Medical device change implementation (Quality Design Controls)- Manufacturing Experience- Test Fixture design- Textile basic knowledge/manufacturing- Sewing experience- Pattern Making**Bonus Qualifications**:- Project Management- English proficiencyApplication Question(s):- What is your minimum gross daily salary requirement (Before taxes)?
