Reporting directly to the Director, Global Payroll, this role will oversee payroll services for countries including Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago, with additional countries expected to be added as the regional payroll function continues to grow.The successful candidate will lead a team of Payroll Administrators while partnering closely with ADP, HR, Finance, Payroll Technology, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant,
