We are looking for an elite Plant Director to take full P&L; ownership of a high-output manufacturing facility.What you will do:Lead full plant operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to hit strict international output quotas.Maximize efficiency and output under tight local resource and utility constraints.Maintain a high-performance, safe culture on the factory floor while driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
What you must bring:Direct, heavy-industry experience running a Tier-1 or Tier-2 advanced manufacturing plant.Proven management of a workforce footprint of 500+ employees and full facility P&L; ownership.Bi-cultural leadership style—100% comfortable reporting to an overseas C-suite while managing local operational realities.
