Descripción y detalle de las actividadesOur manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, product costing systems, and material consumption analysis- Proven experience performing time studies, process validation, workflow optimization, and waste reduction initiatives- Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban,VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Pull Systems) and drive cross-functional improvement projects.
- Experience with ERP systems and process mapping to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering,cost engineering, or continuous improvement within metal-mechanical environments- Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes and metal-mechanical manufacturing operations- Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures,



product costing systems, and material consumption analysis- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of statistics and data analysis for process capability and KPI monitoring- Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to present cost-saving and performance improvement results to leadership- Effective communicator with the ability to coach teams, influence stakeholders, and promote a culture of operational excellence in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsSkills needed:- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
