**Key Responsibilities**- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Provide accurate information about company services and products.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed call notes and outcomes.
- Meet monthly targets and performance KPIs.
- Fluent in **English (spoken & written)** - professional, business-level communication.
- Based in Mexico, preferably from major cities such as **Mexico City, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Monterrey, or Puebla**.
- Comfortable working in a **remote-first environment** aligned with **Pacific Standard Time (PST)**.




- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required (new graduates welcome).
