Senior Project Manager (Level 10) leads large, complex projects or programs with significant cross-functional and regional impact, translating strategic priorities into integrated delivery plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
This senior resource will act as a generalist to drive delivery from all project workstreams including Deployment, Process, Data, Product, Change, Business, and others.This role is accountable for project success, benefits realization, governance discipline, risk-based decision making, and stakeholder alignment.
The Senior Project Manager owns major delivery decisions within approved tolerances, manages escalations and recovery plans, coaches project managers, and serves as a principal escalation point before steering committee review.
