About the role We're Hiring | Senior Accounts Payable Analyst / Senior Accountant We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to take on a senior role supporting Americas operations. What you'll do: • Manage complex Accounts Payable transactions and serve as an escalation point • Oversee vendor relationships, payments, exceptions and reconciliations • Support end-to-end P2P processes and resolve complex operational issues • Identify risks and strengthen financial controls, compliance and SOX processes • Analyze AP performance, escalations and backlog drivers to identify improvements • Lead and support process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations and senior stakeholders • Coach and support junior team members What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting,



Finance, Business Administration or related field • 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Operations • Strong experience handling escalations and complex vendor relationships • Solid knowledge of fraud detection, financial controls, month-end close and account reconciliations • Advanced Excel skills • Advanced English – C1 level, written and verbal • Experience supporting multi-country or Americas-wide operations is a plus • Oracle Cloud AP experience is highly desirable • Shared Services / CoE experience is a plus Location: Mexico City – Reforma, near Diana Cazadora Work model: Hybrid (no fully remote option) Scope: Americas / Regional Operations Equal Opportunity Statement Join a integral organization committed to sustainability, innovation, and employee development.
