PRODUCTION PLANNER / SCHEDULER

A leading automotive manufacturing company is seeking a

Production Planner / Scheduler

to support production planning, inventory management, and on-time customer deliveries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple product lines.• Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand.• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.• Determine workforce, equipment, and raw material requirements to support production needs.• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to meet production schedules.• Ensure timely deliveries to customers while maintaining production performance objectives.• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure operational continuity.• Identify and resolve issues impacting production schedules, inventory,



or customer deliveries.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.• 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Production Control within a manufacturing environment.• Experience with production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control.• Strong knowledge of MRP systems.• Experience working with ERP systems• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.• English proficiency required.Preferred Competencies• Analytical mindset.• Planning and organizational skills.• Effective communication.• Problem-solving abilities.• Resource optimization and continuous improvement focus.If you have experience in production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations within the automotive industry, we would like to hear from you.
