Join Hussmann, a integral leader in commercial refrigeration systems serving major international brands.
The Buyer - I will be responsible for purchasing the materials required to meet the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate quantities based on ERP system requirements.
What will you do? Generate purchase orders for suppliers based on ERP system recommendations.
Follow up on materials to ensure required delivery dates are met in the ERP system and comply with the established escalation process.
Cancel and reschedule purchase orders on a weekly basis, according to production and material requirements.
Follow up on invoice discrepancies and support their resolution.

Support activities required to mitigate material shortages and prevent production downtime.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



International Business, Business Management, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
Knowledge of MRP systems.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SAP and/or ERP systems.
Knowledge of data analysis.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications: Proactive and results-oriented.

Strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
Strong negotiation skills.
Patient and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
