Position Summary
Support financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes by ensuring data accuracy, consistency and a single source of truth across the organization, while providing structured analysis to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Main Functions
Cost Controlling
- Responsibility for COGs- ICP-forecasting and planning cycles
- Coordination & execution of monthly and year-end closing
- Close monitoring on COGS variance: Destructions, Hedge, and ICP tracking
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of cost data in SAP
- Diagnose and optimize current SAP configuration for automation
- Analysis of variations and comments for monthly reporting, presentations and CEO comment
OPEX management and control
- Planning & Forecasting: Prepare OPEX costs, Budget and MTP cycles
- Track OPEX vs Budget and Forecast, identifying deviations and risks
- Monitor run rate and support cost control initiatives across functions
- Support cost visibility and discipline across the organization, promoting owner accountability
Pricing Support
- Provide cost inputs (standard cost, COGS build-up) for pricing decisions and new product launches
- Calculate and monitor gross and net margin by SKU, brand and channel, flagging products below target profitability
- Support price increase simulations and quantify the P&L; impact of proposed price changes
- Track the gap between gross and net price (discounts, trade spend, GTN) to ensure visibility of realized pricing
Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on cost performance (COGS, OPEX, CAPEX)
- Provide clear and structured analysis for monthly closing and planning cycles
- Support preparation of presentations and financial comments
Finance Manual and Associated Tagetik Forms
- Content responsible for all the relevant chapters with regards to P&L; and CAPEX
- Ensure compliance
Requirements
Education
Industrial Engineer, Finance, Business Administration, Economist, Accounting.
Experience
Min. 4 years of relevant Finance experience in FP&A; or Costing. Preferably in a Finance role in the FMCG industry
Language
Proficiency in English
Technical Skills
- Office Microsoft: Advanced Excel, Power BI
- Automation skills desirable (Copilot Agents, Programming
- SAP is a must
