In this role you will be responsible of achieve the production KPI on Quality, Cost and Resource efficiency
In your new role you will:
- To Achieve the production KPI on Quality, Cost and Resource efficiency
- Improve Man to Machine Ratio to achieve optimum cost and efficiency
- Enhance 5S and machines layout to improve overall production efficiency
- Accountable to control and monitor materials consumption and wastage to ensure fulfilment of targeted material costs.
- Recruit, develop, train, evaluate and motivate his staffs regularly to help them to reach their highest potential
- Actively participate in cross segments/function/sites activities, use this platform to share/learn
- Other responsibilities:
- Coordinate and align the deployment of policy, strategy and objectives in his area of responsibility:
- The defined policies and Quality Standards
- The defined policies and management systems on Environment, Safety and Health




- The defined policies on Business Conduct Guideline and Corporate Social Responsibility
- Ensure you and/or your subordinates attend all required trainings and retraining sessions
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 5 years of experience in manufactory industry
- Experience leading production and support teams
- BS Industrial Engineer/ or related
- English spoken and written (80%)
- Experience with personal management
