Create a production plan according to the demand, capacity and material availability.
Confirm the new sales orders based on customer request date or line capacity. Communicate any changes to all the departments involved. Coordinate with the purchasing department to expedite material shortages.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered, if not, they will review the reason and if there is a need to reschedule the sale, they need to communicate to CSR.
- Identify new sales orders and generate the production plan to cover them, checking the material availability and working with purchasing to expedite components if needed, when they have firm dates of shortage materials and considering the capacity, they commit delivery date of the orders.
- Release production orders according to the material availability, capacity and sales/demand.
- Check exception messages.
- Communicates with PLM, OPS managers and customer service any impacts affecting committed orders.
- Responds expedites/escalations for customer service and other plants




- Use the installed capacity as much as possible if there is sufficient load and communicates to the business when the load is insufficient to address the line resources.
- Keep the business metrics in required goals
- This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions, knowledge of SAP.
- English 80%
- Proven ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.
- Desirable management software packages: Word, Excel, Power Point.
