- Building and land.
- Fire protection systems, according to NFPA, FM, UL, NEC and STPS Standards.
- HVAC systems.
- Electric distribution systems in low and medium tension (NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-029-STPS).
- Pneumatic generation and distribution systems.
- Lighting.




- Natural gas, industrial plumbing.
- Develop and manage projects for new infrastructure and modifications required to support the continuity of production’s operations.
- Contractors coordination.
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of production and building equipment.
- Maintain and improve the usage of utilities in coordination with authorities.
- Keep updated building’s technical drawings and legal drawings according to standards
- Design the required services installations (Electric, Pneumatic, HVAC.
- Ensure that any installation of services is according to regulations.
- Support the development of maintenance procedures and programs for the building and equipment.
- Prevent and fix failures in the main distribution systems for building services: (Electric, Pneumatic, fire protection, natural gas, etc.).
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
- Performs activities related to safety.
