As a** Customer Service Agent**, some of your main activities will be:
- Answer general sales and membership questions.
- Ask questions to determine the nature of the customer's problem.
- Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using software and provide guidance to resolve the problem.
- Contribute to the team effort.
- Work with insurance documents and upload them into our compliance system.
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday
- Regular Schedule:
10:00 to 19:00 CST
- Daylight saving: 09:00 to 18:00 CST

**Requirements**:
- **MUST: Advanced English and Spanish (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)**:
- Around 2 years of experience in customer service for American customers.
- Feel comfortable talking on the phone.
- Experience working for insurance companies is a plus.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
