Join our General Manufacturing Team as Plant Manager based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Directs the development and implementation of activities in Manufacturing area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
- Plan and Manage Annual Budget y Manage Rockwell Automation Processes and Procedures
- Strong financial acumen for operations
- Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.




- Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer & other Engineering
- + 10 years of experience working in Manufacturing environments
- + 5 years as a People Manager
- Held several of the key roles in Mfg. (Production, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Strong Lean Manufacturing background
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
- Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activates.
- Strong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology
- Bilingual English Spanish
