Manage Mexico Financial planning process for Business Service to support the organization's goals and objectives (involves budgeting, forecasting, Strat Plan, variance analysis, and financial modelling)
Identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor cost drivers, and cost reduction initiatives
Coordinate / animate Performance review process with Service Lines leaders & Zone team
Guarantee reporting accuracy & consistency with main stakeholders (Service Lines leaders, Business stakeholders, Zone leads & Integral DBS team)
Resource allocation & ROIC valuation
Monitor & approve Added Value initiatives
Coordinate Business Service Intercompany invoicing process Validate project Post-mortem analysis
**PERFORMANCE MONITORING**: Consolidate, support and animate DBS KPIs for all functions together with the Service Line, identifying areas of opportunities.
Monitor Action plans execution
Identify Local KPIs while animating through PBI
Co-pilot the efficiency agenda of the zone.
**External benchmark TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT**:
Lead and develop a team to ensure their effectiveness, productivity. and professional growth.
About you




Bachelor Degree required in Finance or Accounting - Minimum 2 years of general and/or public accounting experience (desired) - Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience - Minimum 3-4 years with financial controlling experience (mandatory) - Strong Microsoft Office knowledge - Knowledge/ Manage consolidation reporting system: Magnitude, SAP, excel, Power BI (Desired) - Yellow or Green Belt Lean 6 sigma certification (desired)
