**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Installs and configures Windows based operating systems on workstations.
- Provides assistance in configuring and maintaining telephone systems..
- Trouble shoot computer and printer hardware problems reported by end users.
- Trouble shoot basic network problems.
- Provides end-user training related to basic operation of computer systems.
- Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors computer system problems to ensure a timely resolution.
- Create Network user accounts in Active Directory and Azure.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, replaces, and qualifies hardware and software components and systems.
- Evaluates and installs patches as needed.
**Education and/or Experience**
Associates degree in a related discipline or equivalency. 1- 2 years’ experience supporting windows environments in Active Directory and Office 365 environment.
**Language Skills**




Bilingual English and Spanish. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand detailed information in the English language.

- Strong desire to learn new technology and skills to grow professionally with the company.
- Able to organize work priorities and effectively interact with people in person and remotely.
- Ability to cope with tight timeframes and deadlines, maintain mature problem-solving demeanor, successfully juggle multiple and competing priorities in work environment.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Must have the ability to work with all employees at all levels, in a mature, respectful, and professional manner.
