**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Position Overview**
The Communications Intern will support the PR & Communications department to deliver disruptive, high impact 360 marketing plans across Mexican market.
This role will support both PR and Media initiatives.
**Key Accountabilities**
**PR & Communications**
- Monitor and update editorial grids.
- Monitor cover and support editorial recaps.
- Support Jewelry borrows requests.
- Create visual/disruptive internal materials.
- Manage special dates calendar including updating dates, additions, and delivery of gifts.
- Update integral and regional key dates calendar.
- Identify relevant and upcoming influencers by market.
- Support creator IQ campaigns.
- Monitor influencers post campaign results.




- Support DMR Analysis and reporting
**Qualifications**
- Passion and creativity for relationship building and communications.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel specifically)
- Passion for innovation & creative communications
- Highly collaborative; ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proactive
