The digital transformation of financial areas begins with the implementation of the Central Finance model, where it's essential to integrate all activities from our current OnPremise environments into a centralized framework. In this regard, we require a Technical Role to support the continuous development of the platform within the S4HANA project, adapting it as necessary to accommodate both complementary finance tracks and ensure the financial integration of subsequent logistics modules. Additionally, ongoing complementary requirements will be addressed post-platform stabilization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish mechanisms to guarantee the proper administration, management, and integration of technical activities.
- Administer project activity plans across multiple construction tracks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA solution capabilities integrated with internal processes to meet user requirements.
- Manage budgetary and technical resources, maximizing resource utilization and talent development.
- Contribute expertise in standard SAP S/4 HANA processes to minimize the need for local solutions.
- Collaborate with IT operation and technology architecture departments to define/adopt/receive digital technology solutions.
- Ensure the correct construction/incorporation of SAP solution into data flows.
- Administer and maximize consultancy usage within the project.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,



or Bachelor's in Financial Accounting with technical knowledge in S4HANA project implementation.
- Master's degree or specialization in IT project management, digital transformation, or cloud technologies (Desirable).
- Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA, Central Finance, Agile methodologies.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in transformative projects (Desirable).
- Over 3 years of experience leading transformation projects using SAP S4HANA in companies.
- Over 3 years of experience in team management with agile methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge in finance project development and management.
- General knowledge of financial modules FI, CO, AA, AR, AP.
- Software Architecture Patterns.
- Financial master data management (GL accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Credit Control Areas).
- Security in financial modules.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with project functional teams.
- Collaborative work with IT Architecture and Security departments to ensure platform integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
- Collaborative work with Software Development and Maintenance departments for project construction and delivery.
- 24 x 7 availability.
