**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
- Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
- Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
- Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

- Distributed infrastructure project management/planning, presentations, and communication.




- Project Management Industry knowledge or experience mandatory.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred**, **but not mandatory.
- ** 5+ years’ experience** in **infrastructure** **project management** managing complex infrastructure initiatives in a matrix environment, during which s/he applied a structured approach (methodology) to project planning, estimating, monitoring and reporting through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closure
- Experience in Distributed Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, etc.)
- Experience on financials (should understand basics like Capital Expenditure, Investment, Budget, etc.)
- Experience in managing large globally distributed project teams who are not reporting directly and are associated with the PM for the purpose of the project only.
- Demonstrate leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered on each project
- Expert communication skills (**English language proficiency mandatory, as key infrastructure partners will be in the US**), significant experience leading technicians and interfacing with senior management




- Specialized knowledge or broad technical understanding across complex technical infrastructure
- High energy and a passion for project management and its processes
- Very strong written, spoken and presentation communication skills
- Very strong influencing and partnering skills
- Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills
- Team player with ability to handle strong personalities at all levels of the company
- Experience and ease in interfacing with senior management across multiple business sectors
- Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment
- Analytical, versátil, team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools.
