Take lead on budget, and outlook processes for the company. Proficient with the general ledger and reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, and BI) as a basis for preparing monthly financial reports and analysis, including a solid understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and IMMX accounting treatment. Proactively analyze financial trends (e.g., order entry, sales, margin, expenses, and operating profit) and support Senior Management with identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to improve (CAPEX & OPEX control, restructuring, productivity improvement, etc.). Responsible for compliance with Integral Controller's Manual and SOX. Coordinates audit activities both internally and externally. Support improved cash flow initiatives such as Accounts Payable (payment term standardization), Inventory (safety stock optimization and ITO improvement) and Fixed Assets (budget control and ROI analysis). Proactively identify and/or implement process improvements within the Finance team to increase productivity. Lead special projects as identified by the General Manager. Responsible of managing team member's performance evaluations.



Collaborate with Human Resources on team members training detection needs. Other duties and projects as assigned.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Solid US GAAP accounting skills, US CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. 10+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Demonstrated leadership, project management, and change management skills. Strong ability to communicate (verbal and written) concisely with all levels of the organization. Proficient in both Spanish and English. Analytical, critical thinking and emotional intelligence. Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, experience required. SAP, Hyperion, and analysis (SAP business intelligence) experience preferred.
