We are looking for a** Business Analytics Engineer** for a **Distribution Center.**
**Principal Functions**
- Help creating and assessing the WMS processes in the Distribution Center, driving and owning testing scenarios of WMS different project implementations.
- Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
- Analyze business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management for implementation
- Create and maintaining documentation that includes the Dash boards, KPI’s, etc. for the organization decision making process.
- Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.




- Uses available data to analyze past data and make operations easy
**Job Requirements**
- Advanced English
- 1 year on similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and usage (ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, etc).
- Microsoft Access Database knowledge.
- Statistical knowledge to establish forecasting and predicting behaviors.
- Fluent in statistics and datasets.
- Power BI/Tableau knowledge (Optional)
- WMS Implementation Experience
- Distribution Center Process Knowledge
