**Job Requirements**:
- Forecast, analyze and report Variances along with commentary showing drivers
- Lead the discussion in creating short range and long-range forecast
- Finance gatekeeper for all cost related to plant spent and base cost
- Basic understand of standard costing (Inventory cycle count analysis, PI count, material costing, variance analysis, PPV analysis, routing validations)
- Absorption method of accounting
- Maquila functional requirements knowledge (desired)
- Partner with Plant Managers, Strategic Sourcing and SIOP Leaders
- Simplify the reporting & Identify improvement areas
- Establish clear processes
- Work independently with little supervision
**Must Have**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting in manufacturing environment
- Fluid Spoken English
