Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Trade Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus
Reporting to the Trade Manager the Trade Analyst role involves In charge for Global Trade Compliance activities including trainings, upholding policies, regulatory tracking and ensuring that industry best practices are implemented in conjunction with established Flex compliance procedures.
What a typical day looks like:
- Holds up for development and delivery of Trade Compliance policy framework, procedures and process.
- Manage documents generation, shipments and reports associated with Global Logistics, maintaining required SLAs while supporting Managed Spares, Miscellaneous, SOs and Labs movements requirements worldwide.
- It will require cross functional awareness and alignment with different internal organizations (Logistics primes in regions, Engineers, PLMs,



Shippers at distribution centers).
- Subject matter experts on MTT (Manual Trade Transactions) and Oracle GTM/OTM tools to generate shipping documentation for required movements worldwide (>800 shipments per Q).
- Documents generation for International Shipments coming out/into EMEA, IN, NA, CALA.
- EMEA & General shipments - MTT (Manual Trade Transactions) for Managed Spares & Miscellaneous requirements.
- Book shipments with main logistics carriers as needed (ensuring best price and service).
- Ensure that for the said movements, Import and Export compliance processes are followed.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- Experience in logistics, traffic, shipping and customs
- General knowledge in logistics.
- Intermediate-Advanced English.
- Basic comprehension of import/export laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Intermediate-advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot and formulas)
