The Supply Chain and S&OP; Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and driving continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain functions (S&OP;, Raw Material Planning, Warehouse, Distribution) across all sites and franchises including China BU. Responsibilities include identifying improvement activities, project management for identified streams from design to implementation. Ensure right level of stakeholder management and on-time delivery of project goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain. Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a multi-national set up within Supply Chain (operations or project management role) or consulting / business analyst background.




- Fluent in English (both oral and in written). Spanish a plus
- Strong track record in delivering change trajectories, process improvement trajectories, continuous improvement projects or similar
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyse data, present in a structured and concise way to drive decisions
- Strong personal accountability and a willingness to engage others to drive project success
- Experience in SAP ECC, SAP IBP a plus
- Understanding of financials and impacts to company performance a plus
