**Responsibilities**:
1.Demand analysis to identify variations and reschedule if necessary to meet
customer requirements.
2. Monitor the material requirements planning process. (MRP).
3. Monitor inventory levels (rotation and inventory days) according to the
organization's objectives.
4. Monitoring of slow-moving materials, minimizing the amount of obsolete materials
and minimizing the amount of expired materials.
5. Collaboration in the elaboration of the production program with production.
6. Ensure the production of finished products before the delivery date.
7. Inform the Logistics team in advance of possible delays and propose production
alternatives.
8. Monitor with production the resources required for the fulfillment of the production
program. (Extra time, line stoppages, etc.).
9. Collaborate in the configuration of the data master for raw material, finished
product and indirect materials in regards to MRP.
10. Monitoring of the parameters in the ERP that guarantee the correct issuance of
grades of raw materials to suppliers.
Qualifications:
Education: Industrial Engineering or business administration
Competente Experience:5 year’s experience in materials and production planning.
Specialized: Material Supply Flow (Goods receive,
internal material flow and goods
dispatch process). Warehouse, inventory control and utilization processes. Production planning and organization, capacity planning (machinery,
people). Logistics principles as 5S, Kanban, MMOG, Lean awarness and continous
improvement. Customer knowledge (expectations, specifications, platforms, processes,evaluation etc.). Supplier issues management (backlog, complaints, evaluation, etc.). Customer & Supplier Relationship. English skills (writing and speaking). Presentation, communication and moderation skills. Intercultural competency. Self-Management, Prioritisation. General Buisness Skills.
