**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Maintain and comply with Inventory Control (Annex 24 and Annex 30).
- Verify compliance with CIVA and OAS certifications.
- Manage Scrap handling of import material.
- Coordinate virtual and sub manufacturing operations.
- Control and audit the electronic foreign trade file.
- Review customs agency service expense accounts and monitor monthly department spending.
- Identify benefits, opportunities, risks and modifications within the legal regulations applicable to the company's Foreign Trade operations.
- Verify that all the company's Foreign Trade activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal framework.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have Minimum 3 years in similar positions.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in international business,
international trade or related field.
- You are able to maintain conversations in English (written and spoken).
- You have extensive knowledge of the IMMEX program and VAT & IEPS certification.
- You have knowledge of Customs Law and General Rules of Foreign Trade and its annexes.
- You have knowledge of supply chain security certifications such as CTPAT and OAS.
- You use of Office, intermediate or advanced Excel.
- You focused on results.
- You have ability to analyze complex databases.
- You are customer focus and can communicate clearly and successfully to ensure a great outcome.
- You are action oriented.
