USA Clinics Group seeks a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist responsible for maintaining active status for all providers by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by Medicare and Medicaid.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure physician's information accuracy and availability.
- Update physician's details in relevant databases on schedule.
- Complete re-validation requests from insurance companies.
- Credential new and current providers at affiliated hospitals.
- Work with Billing and Authorizations to resolve credentialing issues.
- Maintain accurate provider profiles in necessary databases.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively
- Detail oriented with above average organizational skills
- Advanced English speaking and grammar skills
- Experience with Word, Excel and Adobe PDF
- Organizational skills
