We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Project Manager**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented program analyst to join our team and play a critical role in the success of the Industry Value Network (IVN) program. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IVN pipeline, from coordinating with partners to ensuring successful deployment and ongoing development.
**Requirements**:
- Overall 5+ years of project management experience
- Domain knowledge of one or more of the following industries - Retail/CPG, Supply Chain, BFSI, HCLS, Telco, Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing
- Strong on Google docs, sheets, slides
- Strong self organization skills to navigate a fast evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

**Responsibilities**:




- Coordinate schedules and facilitate calls between internal teams (Legal, Sales, Engineering) and external partners (System Integrators, ISVs) to discuss IVN solutions, milestones, and stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with project managers, alliance managers, and executives to track project progress, identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain project timelines.
- Organize deliverables received from partners (milestone items, GTM assets) for easy access and utilization by the IVN team.
- Develop and present weekly "State of the Business" updates for managers, summarizing key accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming milestones for their portfolios.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft contracts for IVN solutions and submit necessary documentation to expedite execution.
