**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Provide baseline support for customer & vendor documents within SAP. Be the main form of support for errors on sales/purchase documents resulting in errors within SAP.
**Your Impact**
As Customer-Vendor Master Data Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Monitor all key interface transmission in SAP for Customer & Vendor Data
- Analyse and resolve any issues associated with failed documentation on key interfaces
- Determine root cause analysis on documentation errors and resolve and/or partner with IT to recommend appropriate corrections and drive continuous improvement
- Act as liaison between End-user, SAP Technical Support, and Business Support to resolve documentation issues
- Assist in identifying and compiling system test cases and participate in system and acceptance testing on various projects




- Compile or modify training documentation and present to the business users on issues, changes, etc. associated with the process
- Compile and report documentation metrics on a daily/weekly/period basis
- Work off hours and holidays as needed
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- 6 months - 2 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse/Logistic Operations.
- Demonstrate understanding of Logistics Supply Chain systems
- ** Advance English**:
- ** Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 programs, specifically intermediate/advanced Excel**:
- Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
