**What will be your challenges?**
- Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures
- Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution
- Escalates unresolved incidents
- Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents
- Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures
- Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services
- Determines problem fixes/remedies
- Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
**What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)**
- University degree in computer science or related discipline
- Experience and knowledge in logistics is perferred
- Experience in WebService technologies (and related standards)
- Proficient in ITSM ticketing platforms (i.e. ServiceNow)
- Basic knowledge in Operating Systems (i.e. Window, Linux/Unix)
- Basic knowledge in Java EE framework (EJB, JSP), Apache, Web Service, XML
- Working knowledge on tools like SQL developer, GitHub, Eclipse
- Basic knowledge of API (REST, SoapUI)




- Basic knowledge in MS SQL databases
- Competent in ITIL processes (Incident and Problem management)
