Recognized company in the 3PL logistics sector that is currently looking for a Professional in Tracking and Operations Monitoring in the city of Querétaro, Mexico.
Location: Querétaro, Milenio lll.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Education: University with a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics.
- Advanced intermediate English.
- Knowledge of shipment tracking.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities:Coordinate, communicate and cooperate with operations managers to update the status of shipments on a daily basis.
- Update all shipments marked as out of hours and any other assigned loads.
- Ensure that all shipments are executed on time and communicate with the operations department/client.
- Confirm pickups/deliveries with carriers within 3-hour, 2-hour and 1-hour periods.
- Utilize the TMS system to enter notes related to each load, ensuring all appropriate documentation is attached to the system.
- Update estimated arrival times in the system based on the most recent status.
