**Quality Supervisor**
**Job based in Fuentes Plant Trim Division**
**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**
**As a Quality Supervisor, you will be Responsible for Respond to the customer and follow up on complaints about the product sent, maintain a constant communication on the follow-up and corrective actions of customer complaints and notifications. He is a customer representative at our plant.**
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
**01) Visit to internal and external clients.**
**02)



Preparation of customer complaint matrices and monitoring status.**
**03) Assistant in coordination of replacements due to quality defects for client plants.**
**04) Lead meetings with a multifunctional team to monitor corrective actions.**
**05) Attend conferences with clients (progress, trends, etc.).**
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
**Completed engineering degree in any field**
**1-3 years minimum in similar position**
**Contact with clients**
**8Ds**
**Knowledge of IATF requirements**
**Have a visa or approval in process
